Rainy Days, Rainy Days

Hey. It's nice when it rains because it is like a shower for the city. Imagine trying to get the amount of washing done in the city that the rain accomplishes it would be really expensive. It is like putting Chicago in a giant dishwasher.
It would be great if we created more ways to take advantage of the amazing power of the rain and all that free water. Also it would be cool if the city was designed to change the functionality of the public areas when it rained. The streets could be canals and the parks could be ponds and the building tops could be swimming pools.

Hey i am trying a new format for the comics for a while because of lack of freetime to do them in an attempt to continue to give everybody one a day to read they are going to be half the size. They used to be 11'x8.5' now they are 8.5'x5.5'.
