Mounds Concept Art

Here are my original concept pieces that I did a few months ago. I was going to have the mounds be CG but traced over like those Running Legs I made a while back. but have a lot of flat flash elements. Like the flowers and growth on the mounds themselves would be short loops of flash animation that i could track to points on the surface of the mounds in after effects.
Right now thou this project in on pause while I do a o lot of painting work and then make a stop motion film, Realistically I would be surprised if i went back to this idea. But i do like practicing preproduction type things.

Mounds - Thumbnails

These are some thumb nails for the intro to a project i have had in my head for a while now. It is called "Mounds" and it is a couple that are two mounds of dirt. Mountains perhaps. The thumbnails aren't in the correct order the first row is actually supposed to be the last row. I was thinking of doing very short stories with the characters. I have already written about 4 of these stories..plus this introduction that sort of chronicles the terra-forming of a planet. In essence would this be the birth of the mounds.
