This has a bunch of images that could be taken as blatant symbolism. It is a joke. It doesnt mean anything or at least anything that can be taken from the words and actions of the blob character. You can enjoy it for what it is or try to make up a meaning that goes along with the panels. Or if you feel really ambitious find/make a narrative plot that ties it together. Flashbacks and dream sequences are cheap don't use them. thank you good night.
